Intelligence has naturally regained its dominance.
"The gift that guy was talking about..." Batman suddenly looked back at the corpse that had been loaded into a transparent sealed box. As if he had suddenly realized something, he patted himself a few times.
You don't know until you touch it, and once you do, you really do discover something. Batman actually touched something—a small device had appeared inside one of the armor's medicine compartments.
It's that shielding device.
Or it may not just have a shielding effect.
A yellowed piece of paper was still pasted on the device at this time.
[This is my gift, thirteen of our potential, can we defeat him?] Bruce recognized the handwriting on the note; it was the handwriting he used when backing up important things in writing.
Staring at the words on the note.
Bruce frowned, a sense of unease rising within him. He didn't know who "he" the Red Death Demon was referring to, but he knew that this time, although he was the one who had survived.
but.
He may have actually lost completely. The other Bruce, wearing the Speedster armor, had planned everything, and the current situation is exactly what that Bruce ultimately wanted.
After all.
In the end, the Batman who had made thorough preparations in advance won the victory.
"Batman always wins?"
He was able to realize that this was a very crucial piece of information.
Behind this information.
There must be an answer hidden within that can reveal the secret.
Just as Batman's brain was racing.
"Drip drop~"
His car's onboard instruments sounded an alarm.
"Ok?"
Batman looked over immediately, his brows furrowing once more.
"A second Arthur has appeared?"
I saw.
As seen from satellite images.
Waves were summoned from the river separating the two cities, flowing upstream on the shore to form giant land waves that defied the laws of physics, and on the crest of the wave stood another sea king, Arthur, with blood-red eyes.
He's on his way to—Kent House!
……
The air was thick with dust and the smell of decay; their once cozy home was now nothing but ruins. The aquatic king and queen had clearly recovered well inside the aquarium.
but.
They didn't look happy.
Both of them were sitting at the dilapidated dining table.
There are no chairs.
There's only a pile of concrete to sit on.
“Ian said before that if you wake up, he would need to feed you some of these things to help you regain your energy. He is our gentlest little brother.”
Jonathan Kent handed the two superheroes plates he had salvaged from the rubble.
It was filled with fish feed.
The super expensive kind.
Aquaman and Mera exchanged a glance, their expressions both quite fascinating, a mixture of reluctance and a desire to avoid being impolite.
"This...is it food?"
The sea queen asked cautiously.
She seemed unsure.
“You’ll get used to it. Clark was a liar too. He always said work and life should be separate, and now we know why.” The Flash was now bouncing around energetically. As he spoke, he glanced at the boy not far away, who was holding a chainsaw and staring intently at him, his gaze following him wherever he went.
"Ian said you guys usually like to eat these things?" Jonathan, being the most normal child in the family, actually had some doubts, but he quickly felt ashamed for doubting Ian.
"Just an occasional snack, not bad." To appear easygoing, Arthur forced a smile, picked up a handful, stuffed them into his mouth, and tried to look like he was enjoying it.
He is a grateful person.
He knew it was his nephew, whom he had never met, who had saved him and his beautiful wife.
"It doesn't taste good."
Queen Mera also gave it a try, but she was outspoken and saw Arthur frantically giving her meaningful glances. She also knew that her husband sometimes had a people-pleasing personality.
"Never mind, I need to use the restroom. Is there another restroom here?" the sea queen said softly, trying to take the opportunity to avoid eating snacks, hoping that her husband would have finished all the feed by the time she finished using the restroom.
"The toilet should be further back."
Jonathan got up and led the way.
However, at that very moment, a deafening sound came from the distant street.
Everyone looked up and saw a huge wave surging from the end of the street, like a tsunami descending upon the world. On the crest of that wave, a figure walked on the waves, holding a golden trident in his hand.
"What's going on?" The Queen of the Sea stared wide-eyed at the figure, then looked at Arthur eating fish food beside her, and for a moment she couldn't tell which one was her husband.
"Die, you bitch!" the otherworldly sea king roared, hurling his trident with deadly force, piercing the sea queen's chest and pinning her to the ruined wall.
"Alright, this isn't my husband." The sea queen coughed up blood and struggled to raise her hand to try and control the water around the otherworldly sea king, only to find that she couldn't take control at all.
"No!!! How dare you!" The original Arthur of this universe roared, ignoring the shock of why there was another version of himself. He charged directly at the enemy, only to be punched back by the enemy and embedded in the wall of the Queen of the Sea along with her.
"There are bad guys again!"
Jordan roared and charged forward, only to be instantly swept away by the giant wave and slammed to the ground. The otherworldly Aquaman held Jordan's head down, and Jordan struggled, letting out furious roars.
His scarlet eyes had already lit up.
just.
Perhaps the anger wasn't enough.
Therefore, he was unable to break free of the restraints and soar into the sky.
"They're all going to die!"
The Sea King from another world was filled with insane rage.
At this critical moment.
A dark shadow flew out of the house.
Just as the otherworldly sea king was about to make a move, something hit him on the head. Although it didn't hurt or itch, he still felt humiliated when he saw the statue rolling on the ground.
"You're using the Eastern goddess Mazu to attack me, the Western sea king? Die! You stupid ant!"
The Sea King from another world had eyes filled with resentment.
He raised his hand to summon the trident.
The next moment, he was ready to shoot Jonathan, who was standing not far away.
However, just as the deadly golden light was about to be released, before he could even make a move, a sharp pain shot through his chest—a powerful hand pierced through his chest.
He turned around in astonishment.
It was a figure descending from the sky.
He was also carrying a person in his hand.
"why?"
The otherworldly Aquaman stared at the other in disbelief, coughing up mouthfuls of blood that resembled seawater, his voice filled with confusion and pain. The landing Superman did not respond; as he withdrew his arm, his movements were as precise as a surgeon's. His face remained perfectly sculpted, yet devoid of all warmth.
Subsequently.
The Superman threw the person in his hand at Jonathan, the movement as casual as if he were throwing away trash.
"dad?"
Jonathan and Jordan were both stunned.
“Your dad wouldn’t grab me by the back of the neck and then throw me to the ground so roughly!”
Louise got up from the ground and quickly reminded her son—under the green moonlight, the silent Superman was intimidating, exuding a chilling aura.
This superman.
He has an indifferent look in his eyes, as if he is unmoved by anything.
That was certainly not a kind old father.
"We are teammates... We are the strongest individuals who have survived time and time again in the current elimination mechanism of the multiverse. We are the supreme alliance that should truly unite!"
The fallen sea king from another world was still in disbelief.
"Ah."
Superman slowly landed in front of him, his boots landing on Aquaman's long golden hair. His eyes held no emotion, only absolute indifference and calm.
"Paji~"
Aquaman's head exploded like a watermelon.
His brain was crushed by this mysterious superman.
“Now, you’re a dead teammate.” Superman slowly raised his blood-stained boots, looking as cruel as a Homelander who had been a Homelander for five hundred years in a world full of Homelanders.
In the air.
The atmosphere was unusually oppressive.
