["Bang!" The Prowler forcefully flipped over, sending a wrecked car hurtling towards Spider-Man.]
[“Whoa!” Spider-Man’s spider-sense immediately issued a warning. Without turning his head, Spider-Man shot out a web to the side, pulling himself away from the impact of the bed.]
"Halt." The loitering man's deep voice rang out, and his speed immediately increased.
"Spider-Cannon!" Spider-Man unleashed two webs at the Prowler, but the swift Prowler easily dodged Spider-Man's attacks.
"Those little tricks won't work on me. Standing still will save you from any real pain," the Prowler said to Spider-Man.
"I'll stop if you take your mask off, Muddy," Spider-Man said as he ran away; he simply couldn't bring himself to hurt Nanako.
Seeing Spider-Man's astonishing speed, the Prowler knew he had to get serious; otherwise, failing to complete mission after mission would have serious consequences.
[With a flash of brilliant purple light, the Prowler's armor also experienced a significant performance boost. With a sudden leap, the Prowler pounced on Spider-Man like a cheetah.]
Although the spider's reaction gave Shinnosuke Nohara a hint, he was still a beat too late.
"Bang, crack crack crack crack." Spider-Man was grabbed by the back of the neck by the Prowler and scrambled several meters across the roof tiles.
The Prowler's mechanical claws gripped Spider-Man's neck, lifting him up and suspending him in mid-air.
"I told you to stand still, otherwise you wouldn't have suffered so much," the Wanderer said in a low voice.
"Sorry," the Prowler said, his massive claws glowing purple as he prepared to end Spider-Man's life.
Spider-Man could easily break free from the Prowler's restraints with his current powers, but he's afraid of hurting Nana.
"No, Nana-ko-neechan," Spider-Man said, knowing that speaking up would undoubtedly reveal his identity.
But now he wants to expose himself; he wants to confront Nanako face-to-face, to see if Kingpin threatened her.
[“Shin-chan?” This time, the voice was no longer the emotionless, deep male voice, but Nanako's own, though she seemed somewhat surprised.]
Taking advantage of this opportunity, Nohara Shinnosuke lifted his mask, revealing his face.
58: Spider-Man: Ouch, it hurts so much!
"No, no, no, no, why would it be you, Shin-chan?"
Nanako, having removed her mask, stared at Shinnosuke Nohara with an incredulous expression.
"Nanako-neechan, why are you working for Kingpin, that ruthless guy?"
"Did he threaten you, or did he have some leverage over you? Tell me, and I can help you resolve this."
[Nohara Shinnosuke also took this opportunity to ask Nanako, knowing that his kind-hearted older sister Nanako would never become a bad person.]
"No, you don't know how powerful Kingpin is, you..."
[Nanako was about to say something when she heard her boss Kingpin's voice.]
"Wanderer, what are you waiting for? Take him down."
[Because he was extremely cautious, and because Nana had only been working for him for a short time, Kingpin, even with leverage over Nana, still remotely monitored her movements.]
The next second, Nanako extended her mechanical claw and reached towards Shinnosuke Nohara's head.
[As the mechanical claws kept reaching out, Shinnosuke Nohara didn't resist and just silently watched Nanako.]
Why didn't he resist?
"Iino Miko asked."
"Iino-san, have you seen this news?"
Yu Ishigami said.
"What news?"
"News about a mother who, along with her lover, killed her own son."
Yu Ishigami said that upon hearing this news, Miko Iino also remembered it.
The severity and impact of this incident were considerable. Her father was the judge in the case, so she has vivid memories of it.
"I see."
Iino Miko may seem a bit dazed at times, but she's not stupid, so she understands why Ishigami Yu mentioned this case.
"Spider-Man's mindset now is probably the same as that of his son back then: if you really want to kill me, I won't fight back."
Yu Ishigami said.
[Nanako didn't actually harm Shinnosuke Nohara; she only pulled down his mask. If Kingpin saw Shinnosuke's face, he would be in danger.]
[Then Nanako took a few steps back and put Nohara Shinnosuke down. The very next second after she did so...]
["Bang!" A bullet, seemingly from nowhere, struck Nanako in the abdomen. She collapsed instantly, tumbling down the roof at an angle.]
"No!" Shinnosuke Nohara cried out in agony, scrambling and crawling towards the direction where Nanako had fallen.
[Watching Nanako fall from the building, Shinnosuke Nohara shoots out spider silk in an attempt to pull her up.]
["Thump." Although the spider silk finally managed to grab Nanako, it stretched and snapped at the last moment, causing Nanako's unprotected head to slam hard against the ground.]
"It's all my fault, it's all my fault." Spider-Man, who had jumped down, looked at Nanako's blood-covered face and couldn't stop the tears from flowing.
"Shin-chan," Nanako called out Shin-chan's name in a weak, silent voice.
"Nanako-neechan, I'm here. Don't worry, you won't die. I'll take you to the hospital right away," Shinnosuke Nohara said to Nanako, his voice trembling with tears.
"No, I'm beyond saving."
"You don't need to avenge me; Kingpin's power is beyond your imagination."
"Don't do bad things, don't...do...bad...things."
After saying this, Nanako died completely.
"Kingdom! Bing!"
Spider-Man, holding Nanako's hand, let out a furious roar after losing all sense of her vital signs.
"He's turned evil, he's turned evil."
Yujima Itsuki looked at Spider-Man's expression, as if it didn't matter if the world was destroyed, and said...
"If I were to die in front of you, would you feel the same pain as Spider-Man?"
Honda Kazuko, also known as Kana Yuta, asked.
"I guess so. After all, you're my good friend. It would be very painful for me to see my good friend die in front of me."
"Just good friends?"
"Yeah, we're just good friends."
"Oh, looks like you beat that Prowler trash. But I, Rhino, won't stand idly by like the Prowler. Even in a two-on-one situation, I won't back down an inch," Rhino said, looking at Spider-Man as he approached.
Daredevil is very powerful, but he's having a tough time against Rhino. Rhino's defenses are too high; Daredevil's dual blades can't even penetrate Rhino's skin.
After all, his knife was forged from ordinary metal, without any powerful metals like vibranium.
[When Spider-Man heard Rhino calling Nana a piece of trash, his fist clenched instantly, producing a chilling cracking sound.]
"What, you want to hit me? Come on... *smack*." Rhino mocked, looking at Spider-Man's clenched fist.
After undergoing the experiment, his overall strength increased dramatically. Not only did his power and speed increase significantly, but his skin also became impervious to blades and bullets, which gave him great confidence.
But the next second, he was punched into the ground by the enraged Spider-Man.
"You! Say it again! If you dare!" Spider-Man punched Rhino every time he said it.
Each punch caused the warehouse to tremble slightly.
"He's going to die." Daredevil sensed that Rhino was about to die.
At this moment, the rhinoceros-man lay sprawled in the crater, the surrounding ground shattered and covered with spiderweb-like cracks.
[His once radiant face was now a chilling sight, with blood streaming from all seven orifices; his body was riddled with multiple shattered fractures, leaving virtually no part intact.]
Seeing the unconscious Rhino Man twitching slightly, Spider-Man lowered his fist and kicked him in the chest.
["Crack." With a shattering sound, the rhinoceros-man spat out a mouthful of blood, and his body stopped convulsing.]
The current Spider-Man is still bound by the no-kill rule, but King is not protected by it.
However, if Spider-Man were to experience such a shock again, the principle of not killing would be completely erased from his mindset.
"Now, Kingpin has a reason to die."
[As Daredevil stepped out of the warehouse, before Spider-Man could say anything, he spoke first, then punched the warehouse behind him.]
With a cracking sound, the warehouse, already damaged during Daredevil and Rhino's fight, was completely reduced to ruins by Spider-Man's punch.
59: Spider-Man: I'm really angry right now.
"Wow, that punch knocked down such a huge warehouse."
Ichikawa Kyotaro watched as Spider-Man reduced a warehouse the size of a school gymnasium to rubble with just one punch.
"Unfortunately, I'm just an ordinary nobody."
Kyotaro Ichikawa imagined himself ascending onto the light screen.
